Why Invisalign?

Instead of using metal wires or brackets, Invisalign uses a series of invisible, removable and comfortable aligners to straighten your teeth. Bite impressions will be taken of your teeth at the Madison Smile facility and then these, along with a detailed set of instructions compiled by your dentist, will be sent to Invisalign.

Invisalign uses advanced 3-D computer imaging technology to transform your personalized bite impressions into a series of custom-made, clear and removable aligners that will be worn for approximately two weeks each. The aligners will be worn all day and all night, removed only to eat, drink, brush and floss, but are nearly undetectable so no one will be able to tell that you are working on your smile!

Total treatment time averages between 9 and 15 months, but will vary from case to case. During this time, the specialists at Madison Smile will see you every six weeks to make sure that your treatment is progressing on schedule.
